Can I print an A4 on my A3 machine?
Yes, you can! Depending on the model of your machine, you will most likely have to use the Printer handbook to follow instructions on how to adjust the settings according to your printer, but it is entirely feasible.
What is a multifunctional printer?
A multifunction printer is a device that can perform a wide range of tasks such as scanning, emailing, printing, copying and faxing (if people still do that?). Some even offer ‘finishing’ options such as stapling, folding, booklet making, and hole punching.
What’s the difference between photocopiers, printers and
multifunctional devices?
The difference between these devices is that multifunctional devices are all-in-one, whereas the other devices are just single devices used for that particular or specific action.
I can see a vertical line down the page when I am printing, what does this mean?
This is usually an indication that the image drum in the machine may be damaged. By replacing the drum this should fix the issue.
Can I print from my mobile phone?
If you have cloud print set up, you will be able to print from any smartphone, tablet or laptop.
What type of printer is best for office use?
It really depends on your requirements. How much do you print? Do you print in colour? Do you usually print text-based documents or graphics? All these things will determine which printer is best for you.
