The Smart Way to
Lease Ph otocopiers

Flexible leasing options tailored to your business.

Buying print equipment outright isn’t always the right call. Leasing spreads the cost over time, keeps your budget predictable, and means you’re never stuck with an outdated machine. If your current lease is ending, or you’d like to exit an existing agreement early, we can help with that too.

Once you send an enquiry, one of our printer leasing specialists will get back to you with a quote or talk through your business needs in more detail.

Why lease your printer or photocopier?

Leasing spreads the cost of your equipment over time, so you’re not tied to a large upfront payment or to old, outdated machines. As your business changes, you can upgrade when you need to.

We work with offices, schools, healthcare providers, manufacturers, and many other types of business, always matching the right equipment to the environment it’s going into. We supply devices from HP and Konica Minolta, and our support is run in-house – so when you call, you’re speaking to someone who already knows your account and can solve the problem quickly.

Already tied into a contract elsewhere? We can often settle it and fold the cost into your new agreement with us, so you’re never paying for two contracts at once.

Two multifunction office printers, one tall monochrome model with paper trays and a smaller white printer with open document feeder.

    Frequently Asked Questions

Leasing a printer or photocopier raises plenty of questions, especially if you’re comparing your options or already tied into a contract elsewhere. Below we’ve answered the questions we hear most from businesses, schools, and healthcare providers looking to lease with us – covering everything from how leasing works and what’s included, to switching providers and what happens once your term ends.

If you can’t find the answer you need, our team is on hand to talk through your specific situation and help you find the right option for your business.

Leasing is an agreement where you pay a fixed monthly fee to use a printer or photocopier for a set period, rather than paying the full cost upfront. It spreads the cost of your equipment over time and helps you keep control of your budget.

Two main types: an operating lease, which is short-term and returns the machine to us at the end of the term, and a finance lease, which is longer-term and works more like a purchase agreement, where you take ownership at the end or for a nominal fee.

Depending on the terms, your lease can include regular maintenance visits, toner and other consumables, technical support via phone or email, software and firmware updates, on-site repairs, and remote monitoring of your printer’s performance.

Leasing avoids the large upfront cost of buying equipment, keeps your monthly payments predictable for easier budgeting, and means you’re not tied to an old or outdated machine. It also means the equipment doesn’t sit on your balance sheet as a depreciating asset, and maintenance and support are handled for you, reducing downtime.

Depending on your agreement, you can renew the lease, upgrade to a newer model, purchase the printer, or return it.

Yes. Many people assume they can’t switch mid-contract, but this often isn’t the case. We can help you exit your current agreement and move to a new lease with us.

You call our team, and one of our advisors talks through your current contract with you. We then review your circumstances to see if we can help. If we can, we liaise with your existing provider and settle your current contract, incorporating the cost into your new agreement with us, so you’re not paying for two contracts at once. You then choose your new device from our range.

We supply devices from HP and Konica Minolta, ranging from economical desktop printers to freestanding multifunctional devices that print, scan, and copy at high speeds.

We support a wide range of organisations, including offices, schools, healthcare providers, and manufacturers, tailoring the right equipment to each environment.

We have offices in Milton Keynes and London, and provide leasing and support across both regions.

    Leasing vs buying a photocopier

Both options get the job done, but they impact your business differently. Leasing keeps your upfront costs low and bundles in maintenance, while buying gives you full ownership and no ongoing contract. Here is an honest, side-by-side comparison to help you choose the best fit for your office budget.
