What is printer and photocopier leasing?

Leasing is an agreement where you pay a fixed monthly fee to use a printer or photocopier for a set period, rather than paying the full cost upfront. It spreads the cost of your equipment over time and helps you keep control of your budget.

What types of lease do you offer?

We offer operating leases, which are short-term and return the machine to us at the end of the term, and finance leases, which are longer-term and work more like a purchase agreement, where you take ownership at the end or for a nominal fee.

What's included in a lease agreement?

Depending on the terms, your lease can include regular maintenance visits, toner and other consumables, technical support via phone or email, software and firmware updates, on-site repairs, and remote monitoring of your printer's performance.

Why should I lease rather than buy outright?

Leasing avoids the large upfront cost of buying equipment, keeps your monthly payments predictable for easier budgeting, and means you're not tied to an old or outdated machine. It also means the equipment doesn't sit on your balance sheet as a depreciating asset, and maintenance and support are handled for you, reducing downtime.

What happens at the end of my lease?

Depending on your agreement, you can renew the lease, upgrade to a newer model, purchase the printer, or return it.

I'm already in a contract with another provider — can you still help?

Yes. Many people assume they can't switch mid-contract, but this often isn't the case. We can help you exit your current agreement and move to a new lease with us.

How does switching providers work?

You call our team, and one of our advisors talks through your current contract with you. We then review your circumstances to see if we can help. If we can, we liaise with your existing provider and settle your current contract, incorporating the cost into your new agreement with us, so you're not paying for two contracts at once. You then choose your new device from our range.
